Antimonopoly Legislation
Selection of necessary documents and information, preparation, writing and forwarding of petitions on reception of preliminary consent and notice of performed transactions (actions) in case of:
  • Establishment, merger or acquisition of commercial and nonprofit organizations and their alliances (unions, associations)
  • Liquidation and split-up (division) of state and municipal unitary enterprises
  • Purchase of more than 20 % of voting shares in the authorized capital of a business company (commercial organization)
  • Appropriation or use by one business entity of fixed assets or intangible assets of another business entity
  • Participation of an individual in the executive bodies, boards of directors (supervisory boards) of two or more business entities
  • Acquisition of the rights allowing to determine the conditions on which a business entity conducts its business activities or carry out the functions of its executive body
  • Legal support and monitoring of the applications and notices lodged with and given to antitrust bodies, including the decision and coordination of all questions arising during their consideration by antitrust bodies
  • Settlement of any matters concerning the complaints of one business entity against the actions of another business entity (or group of persons) aimed at impeding, restricting or eliminating competition
  • Rendering legal assistance in:
    • Settlement of disputable matters regarding legislation , e.g. identification of legal entities and (or) individuals as "Group of persons"
    • Settlement of disputable matters concerning the penalties imposed by antitrust bodies on a business entity for infringing the antitrust laws, including, if so requested by the customer, the lodging of applications with a court of law or of arbitration for declaring the decisions (prescriptions) of a federal antitrust body (or its territorial agency) invalid in full or in part or for canceling or amending the decisions imposing administrative punishment and (or) penalties
